We use the newest in CNC machinery to produce drawers with tight and accurately machined dovetailed joints.
STANDARD FEATURES
- All Drawer boxes are made to order in your exacting specifications.
- 1/2" Thick soft maple with 1/4" thick maple plywood bottoms.
- Half-Blind English dovetails are exposed on the sides only.
- Dovetails are sanded smooth with 220 grit sandpaper.
- Dovetails are cut clean and fit tight with no tear-out.
- Bottoms are let in on all 4 sides 1/2" up from bottom edge.
- Bottoms are stapled and sealed in with hot melt.
- Dado is precisely concealed within the dovetail joint.
- Available in any width up to 42" and depth up to 32".
OPTIONS
- Notch and drill for undermount hardware.
- Scoops - many sizes and shapes.
- Finished - Drawer Boxes may be ordered unfinished OR prefinished with a three-coat lacquer.

ACCURIDE SLIDES
We are proud to offer our customers the Accuride 3832 Classic Slide side mounting system. These slides are full extension, 1/2" side space and can easily
handle drawers up to 100 lb. rating. There is a lever disconnect, ball bearings, and they are finished in a clear zinc finish.
Special features of this mounting system include hold-in detente to prevent drawer roll-out and bounce-back, Cam Drawer Adjust, and easy access to mounting
holes. Screws are not included.
Sizes available are 18, 20 and 22 inch. Please indicate on the order form how many pairs of each size are required and we will be happy to quote you. When
purchasing 6 or more, discounts will apply.
BLUM MOTION SLIDES
We are also proud to offer the Blum under-mount motion slides. This slide is a self-closing, complete, concealed runner system that is easy to install and
is known for its smooth and silent operation.
The load capacity of this slide is 75 lb. and is guaranteed for the life of the drawer. It uses the standard 1-5/16" rear notch. We offer four sizes to choose from:
12, 15, 18 and 21 inches. When purchasing 6 or more slides, discounts will apply.
